Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is a star in administration and has an interest and motivation to work closely with legal issues. We seek someone who naturally takes initiative, is service-oriented, and enjoys being part of a team.

As a procurement coordinator, you will among other things:

  • Provide administrative support in procurement and contracting processes
  • Coordinate procurements and contracts
  • Support colleagues with direct procurements
  • Plan joint projects and activities
  • Manage archives in collaboration with unit staff and the administration's archivist
  • Work with contract follow-up, key figures, and analyses together with financial managers
  • Handle questions regarding indices, penalties, pricing, invoice controls, and contract administration
  • Assist in monitoring environmental and labor law conditions
  • Administer and provide support in handling court processes and assist the construction lawyer
  • Actively work in project management systems and the procurement tool Kommers

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Higher education or vocational training with a focus on purchasing/procurement, law/paralegal, or economics
  • At least two years of experience in similar tasks
  • Extensive experience handling multiple parallel processes
  • Swedish: Very good in spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Knowledge of LOU (The Public Procurement Act)
  • Experience with electronic purchasing and procurement tools
  • Experience in purchasing/procurement tasks
  • Experience working in public administration

We are looking for someone who is structured, analytical, and proactive. You are development-oriented, communicative, and have an easy time building good relationships. You enjoy working both independently and in a team.
